I went in to have a tire replaced which was under warranty. The service to have it installed was swift. Kyler, Service Advisor, ensured all the other tires were well inflated and had me on my way in no time. Ray Brandt Nissan Harvey is the dealership where my husband and I purchased our first vehicle together nearly 13 years ago, so when it was time for us to purchase again, it was a no brainer to come back home. Everyone there was wonderful to work with and really worked hard to get us not only what we needed, but also what we wanted and for a price that I was comfortable with. I learned that Nissan Dealership does not accept One Car Shield and I am forced to research another body shop of mechanics that does accept One Car Shield. I have been on dialysis for 5 years and had a transplant on June 5th of this year.

I purchased my Pathfinder on 10/29/22 with Fleming Clark as my salesman. I went in today 12/1/22 to pick up my license plate and Fleming came out to say hello and he put my tag on for me. This is the kind of care one receives. When I purchased the vehicle, Fleming took me around the facility and introduced me to the service manager, showed me where to wait while the vehicle would be serviced and generally answered all of my questions.
