The best part is that it's the car I always wanted. If you believe in faith, you need to hear my story. I described the car I wanted to my salesman Daniel Smith. Unfortunately, no car was available after he and the manager did an extensive search. I decided it would be best for me to order what I wanted. There was a similar model on the lot and Daniel took me to lot to see the car. While in the lot, a huge truck pulled up with about 10 cars. The car that I wanted ( a two tone black and white Rouge) was on the truck. Daniel asked the driver if the car was for his dealership and was it sold. Believe it or not, the car was for the dealership and it was available for purchase. I knew at that moment the car was meant for me. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Like every dealer ship their main concern is to sell cars
Like every dealer ship their main concern is to sell cars but the fact that right after buying the car and I call they refer me to another dealership. Tell me my warranty covers it at any dealership two days after buying the car. Car buying is definitely a scam and they let you know how much of one right after you drive off. Glad this a once every six year process. But at least after buying my last two cars they call check on you and if you had any issues they tell you to come back and they handles my issues. Of course it wasn't my people. My people.....:I swear.

My wife and I don’t speak any English (daughter typing) Chase FaceTimed his girlfriend to translate the whole process for us, drove us to the bank to help get our down payment and even went to our house to get the title to our car and translated for an hour with our insurance to help add our new vehicle to our policy. I am amazed at how hard he tried to help my wife and I get a beautiful car despite the language barrier. I would recommend Chase to anyone looking for a vehicle!

This is the kind of care one receives. I have had so many bad experiences with car dealerships
I have had so many bad experiences with car dealerships in the past. This is the first time that it was a pleasure. My salesman, Fleming Clark, made the entire process pain free. He really listened to what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Vlad, in finance, was knowledgeable, helpful and got us taken care of. Adam came out to greet me and make sure that I was taken care of. The ladies at the cashier's window, Brandi and Joyce were courteous and efficient. Today when I brought in my new insurance information, I met Brandi Miller who introduced me to Jeff, the GM.
